Characteristics

• Wide application range : Full- position, stationary, and stationary turning manipulator for choice at customers’ request,. It is suitable for all kinds of welding method and have the function of following up, monitoring and reclaiming the welding flux; the machine can combine with turning rolls, automatic SAW to automatic welding centre, which can equipped with many kinds of domestic & import welding machines.
• Superior performance : The beam- column height is from 2m to 12m for choice , the firm structure between the cross arm and beam- column can ensure the necessary precise support between the stabilization. The cross arm can not only embed inside of the small caliber but also operate circle or vertical welding from the outside of the larger caliber. The moving of cross arm adopt inverter controlling by using PLC program controller with high mechanical precision and nicety orientation.
