CH-WELD GTAW welding process joins metals by heating them with a tungsten electrode which should not become part of the completed weld. Filler metal is sometimes used with argon inert gas or inert gas mixtures for shielding. CH-WELD GTAW creates a good looking and solid weld.

CH-WELD SMAW is a manual arc welding process that uses electrode coated with flux to lay the weld. An electric current, in the form of either alternating current or direct current from a welding power supply, is used to form an electric arc between the electrode and the metals. As the weld is laid, the flux coating of the electrode disintegrates, giving off vapors that serve as a shielding gas and provides a layer of slag, both of which protect the weld area from atmospheric contamination. CH-WELD is safe and reliable equipment, with perfect and stable arc, less spatter and better quality welding.

SMAW is used extensively in the construction of steel structures and in industrial fabrication. The process is used primarily to weld iron, steels and stainless steels. CH-WELD SMAW is very handy and permit you to produce the type of welding that you want.

CH-WELD GMAW is an arc welding process which joins metals by heating them with an arc. The arc is between a continuously fed filler metal (consumable) electrode and the work piece. Externally supplied gas or gas mixtures provide shielding. Common SMAW/MIG welding is also referred to as short circuit transfer. Metal is deposited only when the wire actually touches the work. No metal is transferred across the arc. Another method of MIG welding, spray transfer moves a stream of tiny molten droplets across the arc from the electrode to the weld puddle.

CH-WELD WIRE FEEDER, Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) - An arc welding process which melts and joins metals by heating them with an arc between a continuous electrode wire and the work. Shielding is obtained from a flux contained within the electrode core. Depending upon the type of flux-cored wire, added shielding may or may not be provided from externally supplied gas or gas mixture. CH-WELD HSB series positioner. a universal application in the manual and mechanical welding for circumferential seams.

HSC SERIES AUTOMATIC TELESCOPIC MANIPULATOR
